E siamo così giunti alle feste di cui amo di più: quelle natalizie.
Facendo anche un piccolo resoconto di quello che è stato e pensando un po' al futuro.
Sicuramente quest'anno è stato un anno abbastanza bello e divertente, felice di aver continuato le storie di Tony Bandano e felice di aver realizzato dei bei disegni sfruttando anche i miei alleati digitali, che senza di loro la vita sarebbe stata più complicata!
Bellissima anche l'esperienza di collaborare con gli amici di Cippi & Friends in ambito di sceneggiatore per I Pollastri! Spero che troveremo tempo e modo di rifarlo!
Menzione anche al progetto Artan dove gli autori mi hanno chiesto qualche vignetta/striscia umoristica. Anche con loro, spero di un proseguimento!
L'unico rammarico che ho è non aver potuto continuare le strisce di Tony dopo l'estate, ma a causa di una serie di eventi mi ha portato a fare dell'altro, e quindi non ce l'ho fatta.
Per fortuna però che sono riuscito un po' colmare il "vuoto", come ad esempio il disegno dedicato a Carlo Verdone o a quello dei Camaleonti (che Tonino in persona mi ha ringraziato condividendolo svariate volte) e qualche striscia umoristica come quella dell'anniversario del blog.
Piccole cose per farvi capire che io, comunque, ci sono sempre e che non ho abbandonato la mia voglia di raccontare attraverso i fumetti, anche se si trattano di strisce da due o tre vignette, se non addirittura da una sola (tipo quelle riguardo al cinema!).
Continuerò farlo, anche se per i prossimi mesi non pubblicherò molto e non potrò disegnare in maniera costante.
No, non ho un "blocco artistico" (perché per questo, c'è Cocò che mi potrebbe sostituire), solamente che ho altre cose per la testa è che influenzano molto nella scrittura di nuove strisce umoristiche e quindi, anche volendo, non riuscirei.
Chi fa fumetti, ironici e non, come hobby oppure di professione, sa benissimo che è un mestiere abbastanza difficile e che noi (chiedo scusa se mi metto in mezzo) cerchiamo di facilitarlo il più possibile, puntando sempre sulla qualità e non sulla quantità, mettendoci un certo impegno sia per come viene ideato e sia per come viene realizzato.
Ed è per questo che il lavoro di un fumettista, di un illustratore o di un fotografo va rispettato, perché dietro ad ogni opera c'è sempre un impegno, un impegno che può coprire ore, giorni o mesi, che non potrà mai essere ripagato con un "like" o con la visibilità!
Scusate se sto andando un po' fuori tema, ma questa cosa ci tenevo dirla.
Per quanto riguarda me, non posso promettervi niente ma di certo ci saranno altre vignette-film (e vedo che, oltre ai vecchi film, il 2016 pullula di novità cinematografiche niente male) e la scrittura delle future "strisce bandane", che le disegnerò non appena mi sarò sistemato al livello personale!
Detto ciò, passate un splendido Natale e un felice anno nuovo!
And so we come to the party of which I love the most: those Christmas.
Taking even a small summary of what was and thinking a bit 'to the future.
Definitely this year has been a year quite nice and fun, happy to have continued the stories of Tony Bandano and happy to have made the beautiful designs exploiting my allies digital, that without them life would be more complicated!
Beautiful also the experience of collaborating with friends Cippi & Friends within a screenwriter for I Pollastri! I hope you will find time and opportunity to do it again!
Mention also the project Artan where the authors have asked me some cartoon / comic strip. Even with them, hopefully a continuation!
The only regret I have is not being able to keep the strips of Tony after the summer, but due to a series of events led me to do something else, and so I did.
Luckily I managed a bit 'to fill the "vacuum", such as the design dedicated to Carlo Verdone or that of Camaleonti (Tonino himself thanked me sharing it several times) and some comic strip like that of the anniversary of the blog.

Who makes comic, ironic and not as a hobby or profession, you know that is a pretty difficult job and that we (I apologize if I put myself in between) we try to facilitate it as much as possible, focusing on quality and not quantity, putting some effort is the way it is designed and how it is to be realized.
And that's why the work of a cartoonist, an illustrator or a photographer is to be respected, because behind each work there is always a commitment, a commitment that can cover hours, days or months, that will never be repaid with a "like" or with the visibility!
Sorry if I'm going a bit 'off topic, but this thing I wanted to say it.
As for me, I can not promise anything, but certainly there will be other cartoon-movie (and I see that, in addition to old movies, 2016 is full of new movies not bad) and the writing of the future "stripes bandane", that will draw as soon as I placed the personal level!
Having said that, past a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
